Caisse holds 43,800 depository receipts (the “Depositary Receipts”) of Internet Holdrs Trust (the “Company”). The Depositary Receipts represent and undivided beneficial ownership in the common stock of a group of specified companies that are involved in various segments of the internet industry.

Caisse also holds 1000 purchase options of the Company. Each purchase option is exercisable in 100 common shares of the Company.
